Was Saymily previously called Kotone?

Yes. Saymily is an update to the same app. Eligible Kotone lifetime purchases remain valid. Update without deleting the app.

I purchased access but cannot use the app

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used to purchase, connect to the internet and choose Restore purchases in the paywall or settings. This restores access, not recordings or notes.

Is the trial available to everyone?

No. Apple determines eligibility based on factors such as past subscriptions or trials. Check the price and trial terms in Apple’s confirmation before completing a purchase.

How do I cancel or request a refund?

Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends if you do not want it to renew. Request refunds from Apple.

Recording does not work

Check Saymily’s microphone permission in iPhone Settings, available storage, and whether another app or call is using audio. You can also listen with text-to-speech instead of recording.

Audio stops or is silent

Check your volume, Bluetooth output, timer and selected affirmations. Calls and other audio apps may interrupt playback; return to Saymily and resume. Playback supports a locked screen, but does not continue after you force-quit the app.

Are photos, recordings and notes uploaded?

They are stored on your device, without our own cloud upload, synchronization or backup service. Uninstalling or resetting your device can cause data loss. Avoid reinstalling as the first troubleshooting step. See the Privacy Policy.

Reminders do not appear

Check the app’s schedule and days, iOS notification permission, Focus modes and notification summaries. Other features work without notifications.

Why does the old name still appear?

Update the app to change the home-screen name. Apple purchase history may retain the name shown when you purchased.
